Paul Jessen is the President of Koley Jessen and one of the founders of the firm. He has over thirty years of experience in counseling clients on estate, business succession, and tax planning, tax controversies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, health law, charitable giving, and nonprofit organizations. Paul leads Koley Jessen’s Estate and Business Succession Planning Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Health Law and Tax Practice Groups. Paul has been listed in Best Lawyers in America (© Woodward/White Inc.) since 1995, for his work in Taxation, Trusts & Estates, and Corporate Governance. He is also listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (Chambers & Partners Publishing). Paul is a Fellow of the American College of Estate and Trust Counsel and a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation.
