Greg Scaglione is the Chair of Koley Jessen’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Koley Jessen, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Nebraska Supreme Court. He has nineteen years of experience representing clients in litigation and arbitration matters throughout the country. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in virtually all areas of the law.

Representative Experience
Greg has a significant record of success in resolving a broad variety of business and commercial disputes. He has obtained substantial monetary results and has defeated multimillion dollar claims. Representative results include:

• Successfully defended companies and executives from multimillion dollar claims of breach of contracts and fiduciary duties.
• Won a complete dismissal of charges against an executive accused of business misconduct in a “business owners” dispute, and then obtained a judgment for that executive’s compensation.
