Our Team David M. DvorakKoley Jessen P.C., L.L.O. David Dvorak is a Shareholder of Koley Jessen and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his law practice on the areas of estate and business succession planning and tax law. He counsels clients on their personal estate planning objectives and business succession planning objectives. Dave has successfully represented individuals and businesses before the IRS. Additionally, he advises his clients on business, personal and estate tax matters. David earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University. He also earned an LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Denver. David joined Koley Jessen in 1996, and became a shareholder of the firm in 2001. He is chairman of Koley Jessen’s recruiting committee, which is responsible for the hiring of new attorneys.
