John Lingelbach is a Shareholder and a member of Koley Jessen’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in lawsuits involving breach of contract, insurance disputes, construction disputes and a variety of commercial and business litigation matters. His involvement usually begins with counseling the client on potential litigation, or after an actual lawsuit that has been filed. It includes preparation of the lawsuit or defense, representing the client during the discovery process, completing the trial process and any subsequent appeals. John advises clients in a variety of construction law disputes including defective construction claims, insurance issues related to those claims and construction liens. He also represents clients in lawsuits involving alleged environmental pollution and contamination.

- Represented numerous insurers or their insureds in claims involving securities fraud, defective construction, catastrophic personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, property damage, and real estate title issues
- Represented business owners in ownership disputes including shareholder oppression claims
- Represented clients in claims involving environmental damage and pollution
- Represented numerous professionals (health care workers, engineers, etc.) in claims involving license issues and disciplinary proceedings
- Represented clients in numerous disputes involving mediation, arbitration, and appearance in state trial and appellate courts and U.S. Federal District and appellate courts
- Represented natural gas suppliers in disputes before the Nebraska Public Service Commission and before other administrative bodies
