Mike Mostek’s legal work focuses on environmental, natural resources, real estate and corporate law. He has more than twenty five years experience working on transactions, compliance, and regulatory proceedings in the real estate and environmental areas. A frequent author and lecturer on issues related to real estate and environmental law, Mike has served as a member of the Governor’s Omaha Council on Lead Safe Neighborhoods, the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality’s Business Advisory Group, and as a past Chairman of the Nebraska Industrial Council on the Environment. Mike is the current Chairman of the Governor’s Council to Keep Nebraska Beautiful. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and earned his law degree from Creighton University. Mike has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (© Woodward/White Inc.) since 2007, for his work in Environmental Law.
