Marlon Lofgren is the Chair of Koley Jessen’s Banking, Finance and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in loan financing arrangements, including term loans, revolving loans, working capital loans, construction loans, letters of credit, workouts and restructurings. He also practices with the firm’s Business/General Counsel Practice Group where he has represented private and public owned businesses in a variety of business transactions including entity choice and formation, reorganizations, restructurings and other complex contractual arrangements. Marlon has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (© Woodward/White Inc.) for the past two years for his work in corporate law.

Representative Experience

• Represented lead lender and administrative agent in $60,000,000 syndicated revolving loan transaction
• Represented lender in $20,000,000 revolving loan transaction for biofuels company
• Represented lender in $16,600,000 multi-credit facility for cold storage business
• Represented borrower in $16,800,000 replacement letter of credit transaction to support outstanding tax exempt bonds and taxable notes
• Represented lender in $9,000,000 revolving loan transaction for psychiatric hospital secured in part by health care insurance receivables
