Stacia Palser focuses her law practice on the areas of environmental and natural resources law, and real estate law. She counsels clients on environmental issues, particularly compliance, including issues involved in industrial activities and the transfer and development of vacant and developed real estate. Additionally, Stacia drafts and negotiates commercial leases and counsels clients on the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial properties. Stacia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biological systems engineering from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law. Stacia is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Representative Experience
- Assisted with leasing retail space and sale of pad sites at regional shopping centers in Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado
- Assisted with all phases of development of ethanol plants across the country
- Represented companies and individuals in enforcement proceedings before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality
- Assisted with environmental issues surrounding development of contaminated properties
