Heather Voegele-Andersen is a shareholder who practices in the areas of litigation, trial practice, arbitration and mediation. She counsels business and individual clients on disputes from the initial phase of evaluating a claim through resolution of the dispute. She has significant trial and appellate experience in a variety of areas of law.

Representative Experience

• Representation of a doctor in dispute with his employer which resulted in a $1 million jury verdict
• Defense of a software company against a claim by a customer for over $4 million in damages which resulted in the customer’s claim being defeated and an award to the software company
• Representation of minority shareholders in a large farming corporation which resulted in a substantial jury verdict in favor of the minority shareholders
