Practicing in the areas of real estate law and mergers and acquisitions, Kendra Ringenberg focuses on commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, real estate development, leasing, condominium development, wind energy, oil and gas law and general corporate transactions. Her clients are primarily commercial real estate developers and investors, for whom she drafts and negotiates real estate purchase agreements, handles due diligence, including review of title, survey and environmental matters, and handles closing of real estate transactions. Kendra also assists clients in the acquisition or sale of businesses.

Representative Experience

  • Representation of regional real estate developers in connection with the development of shopping centers, including negotiation of covenants, conditions and restrictions for the construction; development, access, maintenance and operation; negotiation of leases within the centers; and handling of sales of individual lots to third parties.
  • Representation of real estate developer in connection with joint venture transaction and construction financing for midwest shopping center development.
  • Representation of wind energy developers and landowners in negotiation of wind energy leases or easements.
  • Representation of real estate developer in development, formation and implementation of office condominiums.
  • Assist business owners in acquisition and sale of business assets, including negotiation of asset purchase agreements, review of due diligence materials, and preparation of closing.
