Allyson Crossman Slobotski practices with the Estate and Business Succession Planning Practice Group and the Tax Practice Group. She counsels individuals and families on their estate planning as well as business succession opportunities. She also represents trustees and personal representatives in the post-death administration of trusts and estates and advises clients on estate and income tax matters for maximizing post-death tax opportunities. As part of her tax practice, Allyson counsels business clients on a variety of tax matters including personal income tax, partnership tax and sales and use tax.
