Brenda George practices in Koley Jessen’s Litigation Practice Group. She assists clients with a variety of commercial and business litigation matters, including breaches of contracts, software license disputes, negligence, fraud, insurance disputes, and construction disputes. Her involvement includes assisting clients through all stages of the litigation process, from commencing the litigation or providing a defense, conducting discovery, participating in the trial, and, if needed, engaging in the appellate process. Brenda represents clients in federal and state courts, mediations and arbitrations.

• Represented several business owners in claims involving corporate dissolution and shareholder disputes
• Represented real estate developers in claims involving contractor’s disputes
• Represented businesses in disputes regarding software license agreements
• Represented clients in numerous disputes involving mediation, arbitration, and appearance in state trial and appellate courts
