Our Team Jennifer E. GermaineKoley Jessen P.C., L.L.O. Jennifer Germaine practices primarily with the Business/General Counsel and M&A/Securities practice groups. She provides for the formation and organization of limited liability companies, corporations and other business entities; represents businesses in a variety of practices; and drafts and reviews an array of business contracts. She also consults with businesses regarding their restructuring needs or potential mergers or acquisitions. Jennifer joined Koley Jessen in 2008 after graduating law school. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. Jennifer is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.
