Due Diligence: We assist in managing due diligence in the acquisition and financing of commercial real estate for investment, development, occupancy, sales, and leasing.
Planning/Zoning/Regulatory: We assist clients in working with local city and state officials across the country with respect to planning, zoning, traffic, stormwater management and compliance matters related to the development, redevelopment, and use of property.
Financing/Incentives: We represent our clients in negotiating and closing on acquisition financing, construction financing, and permanent financing with respect to their real estate purchase, construction, and development needs.
Environmental, Real Estate and Business Transactions: We assist our clients in developing a proper scope for due diligence, environmental risk management, including required and ongoing remediation efforts with respect to known environmental problems. We offer a full range of environmental services, including brownfield redevelopment, permitting and compliance, administrative proceedings, and environmental litigation.
Construction: We negotiate construction and construction-related contracts for the design, construction, and occupation of new construction, or rehabilitation of existing facilities.
Operations: We assist clients in the operation of their properties, including properties owned and occupied partly or entirely by our clients, as well as single- or multi-tenanted properties owned or managed by our clients.
Leasing and Sales: We represent developers and landlords in transactions involving all sizes and types of commercial properties.
