Based on our years of experience in this area, we are thoroughly familiar with the legal problems common in the design, construction and occupation of new construction and we work with our clients to facilitate the process and avoid the expense of litigation. However, when litigation becomes necessary, our Litigation Team has the experience to ensure that our clients are vigorously represented.

We are also familiar with other pertinent areas of law that are not usually handled by construction law attorneys, but which are important to understand in order to provide comprehensive legal representation to our clients.
