Alex Wolf is a member of Koley Jessen’s Estate and Business Succession Planning Practice Group. He conducts an extensive practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, business succession planning, and organizational/tax planning for closely-held businesses, public charities and private foundations. Alex assists a broad array of clients with various estate planning services, which range from preparation of basic wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance directives to implementing sophisticated wealth transfer techniques in an effort to help minimize the impact of gift, estate and generation-skipping taxes. Alex also advises entrepreneurs and small business owners regarding the fundamental legal concepts relevant to structuring and operating their business in a manner that will help them to achieve their personal and professional goals. Additionally, Alex aids nonprofit organizations with issues related to their formation, governance and status as tax-exempt entities.
