David is a shareholder whose work includes commercial litigation and trial practice in both State and Federal Courts, including appellate work. He has litigated a variety of cases, including contract disputes, securities and ERISA issues, construction disputes, bad faith insurance disputes, and personal injury matters. He has also represented media clients, including newspapers, television stations and radio stations on First Amendment matters and represents and counsels all clients on alternatives to litigation, including mediation and arbitration. Recently, he has begun building on his ERISA litigation experience by adding work in the compliance, maintenance and planning aspects of qualified retirement plans. David earned his law degree from Creighton University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
