Greg Scaglione is the Chair of Koley Jessen’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Koley Jessen, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Nebraska Supreme Court. He has twenty-two years of experience representing clients in litigation and arbitration matters throughout the country. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in virtually all areas of the law.
