Dan Weidner is a member of Koley Jessen’s Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation in both state and federal court and private arbitration. His experience in litigation involves cases involving contract disputes, business torts, wrongful death, product liability, personal injury, construction disputes, defamation, negligence actions, intellectual property litigation, and collection work. The aforementioned litigation experience has allowed Dan to litigate matters in a multitude of judicial districts and states. Dan also devotes a portion of his practice to the prosecution and defense of opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
