Marlon Lofgren is the Chair of Koley Jessen’s Banking, Finance and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in loan financing arrangements, including term loans, revolving loans, working capital loans, construction loans, letters of credit, workouts and restructurings. He also practices with the firm’s Business/General Counsel Practice Group where he has represented private and public owned businesses in a variety of business transactions including entity choice and formation, reorganizations, restructurings and other complex contractual arrangements. Marlon has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (© Woodward/White Inc.) for the past four years for his work in Banking and Finance Law and Corporate Law.
