Koley Jessen Grows Corporate Department with New Talent in Finance and Real Estate

Koley Jessen continues its strategic growth with the addition of two new attorneys to its Corporate Department: Gabrielle A. Kott-McCarty and Jeremiah J. Perkins. Gabbie joins as a Senior Associate supporting the Banking and Finance team, while Jeremiah joins as an Associate in the Real Estate practice group.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Gabbie and Jeremiah to the firm,” said Josh Norton, Chair of Koley Jessen’s Corporate Practice. “Gabbie’s experience navigating complex finance and lending transactions adds valuable depth to our Banking and Finance team, while Jeremiah’s general real estate and development background enhances the service we provide to clients in a wide range of real estate projects.”

Gabrielle Kott-McCarty, Senior Associate, supports the Banking and Finance practice. She represents banks, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers in financing matters including commercial real estate loans, agricultural and asset-based lending, and syndicated credit facilities. Gabbie advises on loan structuring, document negotiation, and due diligence, and also brings experience serving as bond counsel in municipal bond transactions. She earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nevada—Reno.

Jeremiah J. Perkins, Associate, joins the Real Estate practice group with experience in development, zoning and land use, and municipal financing tools like tax increment financing (TIF). He works with both developers and municipalities throughout the lifecycle of real estate projects—from acquisition and financing to leasing and sales. Jeremiah holds a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a B.S. in Agribusiness from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
