Koley Jessen Office Status
Koley Jessen remains committed to client service as we continue to monitor the developments happening around the world and in our community. The safety of our team, clients, and friends is of upmost importance.
To do our part to reduce the risk, effective Wednesday, March 18, and until further notice, our office will operate with critical staff only onsite while most attorneys, paralegals and staff work remotely.
We are committed to delivering over-the-top service and will continue to operate at full capacity, with the only change being the locations from which we operate. With the benefit of the technology and protocols that we have put in place, we will continue to provide seamless and uninterrupted service to our clients. These changes mean that there will not be any in-office meetings unless absolutely necessary and business-travel is restricted. Our team will be available to meet via telephone or to conduct meetings through Zoom or other virtual meeting software.
We know this is a trying time for everyone. We are here to answer your questions and help you navigate any business uncertainty. Our firm has a dedicated group of attorneys and staff who are focused on the ever-changing COVID-19 Coronavirus issues. This group is consolidating information and sharing it internally with our team and with our clients. We are regularly sending relevant information to various mailing lists and tracking all of our Client Alerts on a central web page.
We are also planning a Q&A webinar for next week and will share those details soon. If you have questions that you would like our team to answer during this webinar please send them to email@example.com and we will do our best to address the most common questions.
Should you need to contact an attorney you can do so either by phone or email. Our team directory can be found here.
Stay safe and let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
