New FMLA Poster


In addition to the changes noted above, the DOL has issued a new poster that employers subject to the FMLA must post in the workplace. The updated poster (see link below) provides revised notices to coincide with recent changes to the regulations interpreting the FMLA. Covered employers are required to have the updated poster in place March 7, 2013.
