Stay-At-Home, Shelter-in-Place, and Essential Business Information by State
Our team has been tracking the various state orders regarding what is considered an essential business and the parameters of the various orders. This document is being updated when we receive additional information.
This document provides summaries of state government orders and does not include any information on orders of local (i.e. county or city) governments or the federal government. Many local governments may have more restrictive orders than the applicable State order. You should review all orders of local governments, in addition to the current applicable State order and federal orders (if any), as to ensure full compliance with the law.
