Anthony’s practice focuses extensively on post-death estate and trust administration. He counsels trustees and personal representatives on a variety of matters including trust administration, probate proceedings, preparation of estate and inheritance tax returns, post-death tax planning involving estate, income, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and fiduciary compliance. He also provides his clients with proactive, comprehensive estate planning services ranging from basic estate plans (e.g. wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advanced directives) to more complex strategies involving wealth transfer and tax minimization. Additionally, Anthony devotes a portion of his practice to charitable planning, including nonprofit entity formation as well as nonprofit corporate governance and compliance.
