Brian Purcell assists clients on a variety of federal, state, and local tax matters including tax planning, compliance, and tax dispute resolution.
His practice includes corporate and partnership taxation, including income tax consequences of reorganizations and acquisitions, and estate and gift taxes. Brian also assists clients with various state and local taxes, including sales and use, gross receipts, income and franchise, and other miscellaneous taxes.
