Bryce C. Shirley

Bryce Shirley works with our mergers and acquisitions team through all phases of M&A deals. He assists with due diligence, contract review, client data room management, disclosure schedules, representations and warranties insurance drafting, virtual closing books, and continually researches and assesses value-adds for each team and client.

Bryce is a former cross country and track runner at Creighton University, and has the goal of running a marathon in each U.S. state.
