Claire Osborne's practice areas include estate planning and administration, charitable giving, guardianships and conservatorships, and business planning.
Claire advises clients on the design and implementation of customized estate plans to address each client’s specific objectives and needs. She works with clients ranging from those in need of a basic estate plan, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advanced directives, to those in need of a comprehensive wealth transfer and business succession solution. She counsels trustees and personal representatives through the post-death administration of trusts and estates. Claire also represents guardians and conservators through the appointment process and their management of the personal and/or financial affairs of minors and incapacitated individuals. Additionally, Claire advises closely-held business owners on entity formation, tax, and succession planning matters.
