Solving problems, resolving disputes, achieving important business outcomes, minimizing risk, and maximizing recovery requires business savvy and trial skills. Dave Yudelson applies both of these skill-sets to get bottom line results that make the most sense for each client.
Whether a matter becomes bet the company litigation or protects against it, Dave utilizes his extensive range of experience across industries and jurisdictions, while understanding that the objective of each individual client is unique.
On top of commercial and transactional disputes, Dave has a particular focus litigating claims involving the gamut of employment issues from trade secret and non-compete cases to discrimination and wage-claims.
With a dedicated concentration on employee benefits and ERISA, Dave has successfully represented public and private clients involving ERISA class action claims, ESOPs, claims for benefits, and fiduciary duty claims. He has successfully defended multi-million dollar claims for employer contributions to Taft-Hartley multi-employer benefit plans and achieved resolutions that let our clients get back to business.
