Having worked with in-house counsel at multiple corporations, Meghan appreciates the importance of understanding the Client's business as she assists them in reaching their goals. She uses her prior business experience while reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and technology agreements to balance achieving an organization's business needs with mitigating its legal risk. She is passionate about building relationships with her clients and providing them with great customer service.

During law school, Meghan worked in a variety of practice areas including Labor and Employment, Privacy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Agreements, and Regulatory and Compliance law.
