Profile

Natalie Lussier focuses her practice on business and corporate matters, primarily assisting clients with data privacy and security compliance and mergers and acquisitions. For her privacy practice, she helps advise businesses in creating comprehensive privacy and data security programs to ensure compliance with U.S. and international law, as well as conducts privacy due diligence in M&A transactions. For her M&A practice, she assists buyers and sellers throughout the M&A process through document drafting and managing due diligence.

During law school, Natalie spent her final semester interning for the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., where she assisted the SEC’s Office of International Affairs in global privacy and security matters, as well as various issues arising out of securities law. Natalie also interned for the Honorable Candy W. Dale with the United States District Court for the District of Idaho, worked as a research assistant for both the American Business Law Journal and Federal Bar Association, and was an associate editor for the Idaho Law Review.
