Profile

Nick Lesiak practices with the Employment, Labor and Benefits Practice Group, as well as the Education Law Practice Group. His work in Employment Law involves advising clients on a broad range of legal topics covering all stages of the employer-employee relationship, including background checks, employment agreements, performance reviews, workplace investigations, policies and procedures, and charges of discrimination.

To his Education Law practice, Nick brings a Master’s of Education degree (M.Ed.) and nine years of teaching experience at various levels. As an Education Law attorney, Nick has assisted education clients in responding to OCR complaints, contracting with vendors and service providers, protecting the confidentiality of student information, navigating district personnel matters, and complying with open meeting and public record laws.
