Paige Gade counsels businesses on a wide range of business and corporate matters. She focuses her practice on corporate transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate restructuring across several industries, while leveraging her background in corporate finance to provide legal advice that is tailored to helping clients meet their unique goals.
Paige has experience advising a diverse range of corporate clients throughout all stages of the business lifecycle on various management, operational, and corporate governance issues.
Prior to her legal career, Paige worked as a financial analyst for a privately held, international manufacturing company where she focused on pricing, supply chain, and market risk analysis to drive profitable decision-making within the business.
