Quinn Eaton enjoys the strategic challenges of litigation and utilizes his experience to guide his clients through difficult situations.

Quinn concentrates his practice in commercial and employment litigation and assists with a variety of matters including breach of contract and warranty disputes, business torts, federal and state discrimination and retaliation claims, and constitutional challenges. He is experienced in all stages of federal court litigation and appellate work, having obtained numerous summary dispositions on behalf of his clients and successfully defending his victories on appeal.

Quinn is also passionate about pro bono work, utilizing his own legal skills to make sure quality legal services are available to those who might not otherwise have access to them.
