A part of our Estate, Succession and Tax Department, Nate Patterson advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, succession, and tax-efficient wealth strategies. He regularly works with family businesses and farms on planning for long-term continuity and transition.

Alex Clauson practices in the firm’s Corporate Department, advising businesses from formation through growth and exit. He works closely with private equity and venture capital firms, founders, and management teams on transactions, governance, and ongoing strategic matters.

A member of our firm’s Employment and Labor Department, Jackie Ryan advises employers on compliance, employee relations, and risk management. She also supports the employment aspects of business transactions, helping business leaders navigate complex and sensitive workplace issues with clarity.
