Amy L. Hines

Amy is an experienced paralegal working with the Koley Jessen corporate team.  She is a valued member of the team, forming entities, filing Secretary of State and Internal Revenue Service documents, maintaining entity status and conducting Uniform Commercial Code searches and completing filings.   

Amy also assists in corporate transactions including the preparation of closing documents, disclosure schedules and due diligence, identifying issues and helping to resolve such issues.

Amy is also an essential member of the Third Party Legal/Audit Opinion Committee, in which she processes audit requests for the firm.
