She represents employers in all types of employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes.

In addition to her litigation practice, Marin provides day-to-day counseling on best practices in human resources and employment management, helping clients minimize legal risks. She frequently advises on employee discipline and discharge, internal investigations, paid leave, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, and overall risk management strategies.
