Melany Tate Conkel brings a broad and versatile background to the Corporate Department, where she supports clients and attorneys with a wide range of business law needs. She has extensive experience in personal injury and insurance defense litigation, as well as education, employment, workers' compensation, probate and wills, and landlord-tenant matters. In addition, Melany has a strong foundation in business operations and administrative services, which enhances her effectiveness in a corporate legal setting.

Melany pursued studies in Business and Political Science at the University of Nebraska in both Lincoln and Omaha, and later completed coursework through the Legal Assistant Program at Metropolitan Community College.
