Overview

Michael Poyfair assists individuals and businesses through the litigation process. He represents clients in commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, contract, and general civil litigation matters.

Previously, before joining Koley Jessen, Michael worked as a Texas Assistant Criminal District Attorney, and he successfully prosecuted over 20 jury trials to protect victims of crime. Michael uses his experience to genuinely connect with and understand the needs of the client. The courtroom is Michael’s second home, and no matter the case, he will zealously work to ensure favorable results.
