Koley Jessen is pleased to announce the recent addition of Michael Nichols as an Associate in our Commercial and Technology Contracts Practice.

Nichols brings well-rounded expertise to Koley Jessen, with experience in commercial transactions, data privacy and security, and intellectual property matters. Whether general commercial agreements or technology-related contracts, Nichols counsels clients, both on the procurement and vendor side, to help them fulfill needs, assess risk, ensure compliance, and execute strategic objectives. Nichols' proactive approach to problem-solving and dedication to achieving positive outcomes set him apart, making him a valuable resource for clients seeking comprehensive legal support in the field of commercial and technology law.

Nichols obtained his B.A. in Theology and English from the University of Sioux Falls, followed by an M.A. from the University of Nebraska Omaha and another from Princeton Theological Seminary. He achieved his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
