Profile

Adam Wachal has extensive experience counseling clients through all phases of litigation, as well as on appeal.  Adam has a wide-ranging commercial litigation practice, which includes litigating complex contractual matters, property disputes, construction disputes, personal injury actions, Federal Motor Carrier Act disputes, business torts, and collection work. Adam also specializes in appellate advocacy and has briefed and argued numerous cases before the Nebraska Court of Appeals and Nebraska Supreme Court.

At the outset of the representation, Adam works with his clients to determine their objectives and to design a strategy, which will obtain the best possible outcome, based upon each client’s particular needs.  He keeps his clients apprised of new developments throughout the lawsuit and has an innate ability to adapt to changes taking place during all phases of litigation.  At trial, he endeavors to present his client’s case in an unmatched fashion and in a manner that will appeal to both the court and the jury.
