Andrew Stokes utilizes his previous experience as in-house counsel to help clients mitigate risk and accomplish their business objectives. He drafts, reviews, revises, and negotiates commercial and technology contracts, with a focus on the underlying goals of each agreement.

Andrew’s experience includes work in healthcare procurement, commercial contracts, and various corporate matters. During law school, Andrew advised entrepreneurs on general entity formation and governance, contract-related matters, and trademark registration as a student attorney at the University of Nebraska College of Law Weibling Entrepreneurship Clinic.
