Overview

Heather Boozikee has extensive experience in general corporate law and acts as a link between the corporate attorneys and clients. She handles everything from the entity formation process to ongoing corporate maintenance/compliance. 

Heather has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the formation process, including drafting formation documents, related ancillary documents and completing necessary tax documents.  She has formed numerous for-profit, not-for-profit, and limited liability companies not only in Nebraska, but throughout the country.  

Heather also works with clients on any ongoing maintenance needed to maintain the entity’s good standing, which includes completing corporate formalities such as annual election minutes and the filing of state renewals. She also has been involved in handling complex entity reorganizations.

She works heavily with the firm's health law team and specializes in the formation of professional health law entities as well as the unique State requirements to maintain these type of entities’ professional status.

Heather also specializes in not-for-profit entities including the formation and ongoing maintenance. She has experience in forming private foundations and public charities as well as completing IRS 1023 submission filings and completing charitable solicitation applications.
