Rashal is an experienced paralegal assisting with clients, forming and maintaining entities, filing documents with the Secretary of State and Internal Revenue Service, and conducting Uniform Commercial Code searches and filings.
She also assists in corporate transactions including the preparation of due diligence items, closing documents, and identifying and helping to resolve issues.
Rashal works with the Audit Opinion Committee in processing audit requests for the firm.
