This event is designed to bring relevant and timely discussion about Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, Existing & Emerging Technology, and Artificial Intelligence topics to the community of professionals we work with for the benefit of our mutual clients. 

The theme of this year's IDEA Forum is business and legal considerations relating to artificial intelligence.

This year's keynote speaker is Madeline Mitchell, a vibrant and dynamic leader and Senior Manager for the US Deloitte Advisory Trustworthy AI practice. Madeline is responsible for leading teams across market offerings and industries focused on building and operationalizing AI strategies and AI governance programs both internally for Deloitte as well as externally with clients. She has a track record of success managing P&Ls, leading transformational organic and inorganic growth, building strategic ecosystem partnerships, and working with Fortune 500 clients and government agencies. Outside of work, Madeline is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the University of Central Oklahoma where she teaches AI business strategy.

Additionally, Madeline will focus on the multifaceted dimensions of risks, regulation, and AI governance. Madeline sheds light on the inherent risks and limitations associated with AI, providing a comprehensive view of the global, federal, state, and local regulatory landscape shaping AI governance. She then guides participants through tactical steps to responsibly integrate AI into their operations while aligning with their risk tolerance levels.
