Koley Jessen advised Clearview Capital, a private investment firm specializing in the acquisition and recapitalization of lower-middle market companies throughout North America, on its platform investment in LJM Group, a technology-enabled provider of small parcel shipping cost optimization solutions.

The investment represents the fifth investment from Clearview Capital Fund V and continues the firm's strategy of partnering with founder- and management-owned businesses with strong growth potential.
