Koley Jessen Earns Diversity Lab's Mansfield Certification Plus for 2024-2025

Koley Jessen is proud to announce that we have achieved Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Certification Plus status for 2024–2025, reflecting our continued commitment to fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity in legal leadership.

The Mansfield program is a structured certification process designed to expand the pool of talent considered for leadership by making advancement opportunities more transparent and inclusive. “Plus” status is an advanced designation for firms that not only meet the baseline requirements but also demonstrate measurable progress in implementing those practices. Koley Jessen has participated since the program’s launch for midsize firms in 2020, and this marks our fourth consecutive certification and our third time achieving Plus status.

Looking ahead, Koley Jessen is pleased to confirm our renewed commitment to the 2025–2026 certification cycle, joining over 275 peer firms that are also committed to this important work. Mansfield’s network of peer firms and structured programming has given us valuable opportunities to learn from others making the same commitment, exchange ideas, and adopt practices that promote transparency and inclusivity in leadership. Our team is excited to continue building on this work, participating in workshops with other firms, and collectively advancing solutions that emphasize the growth of diverse talent into important roles.
