Koley Jessen Earns Mansfield Certification Plus for 2023-2024
Koley Jessen is pleased to announce that we have earned Mansfield Certification Plus for the 2023-2024 year, awarded by Diversity Lab. This recognition marks our third consecutive certification and the second time we’ve achieved the “Plus” status, underscoring our commitment to advancing diversity in leadership within the firm.
Since joining the program for midsize firms in 2020, Koley Jessen has embraced the Mansfield Rule, which focuses on ensuring equitable opportunities for leadership roles by considering at least 30% underrepresented groups in candidate pools. The “Plus” designation reflects not only our participation in the certification process but also our measurable success in fostering an inclusive workplace, as demonstrated by voluntarily tracking and sharing progress with Diversity Lab.
