Koley Jessen Expands Estate Planning, Commercial and Technology, and Litigation Teams
Koley Jessen is pleased to welcome Gracie Rae Culp, Benjamin Marchant, and Jamie Weeks to the firm.
Gracie Rae Culp joins the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Estate Planning and Administration Practice, where she advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, estate administration, wealth transfer planning, and business succession matters. Gracie Rae received her J.D. from the Creighton University School of Law.
Benjamin Marchant joins the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial and Technology Practice. Ben advises businesses on technology transactions, SaaS and software licensing, vendor and customer contracts, and other commercial agreements, helping clients navigate complex relationships and manage legal risk. Ben received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law.
Jamie Weeks joins the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice, where her practice spans both family law and commercial litigation. She advises individuals on divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and property division, and represents individuals and businesses in contract disputes and other civil matters. Jamie received her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
