Koley Jessen Expands Immigration and Healthcare Practices
Stephanie Grattan has joined Koley Jessen as an Immigration and Healthcare attorney. Stephanie will work with clients on a broad range of immigration matters, including family and employment based visa petitions, adjustment of status (green card) applications, consular processing for immigrant visas, wavers of immigration violations, visas for victims of crimes, applications for asylum and other relief from harm, and naturalization and citizenship. Stephanie also represents individuals in detention and removal/deportation proceedings and on appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Additionally, Stephanie counsels businesses on I-9 compliance and the E-Verify process.
Stephanie’s health law practice is focused on advising health care providers on issues that are unique to the health care industry as well as the day-to-day aspects of their businesses.

Stephanie’s experience includes working as an Attorney Advisor for the Chicago Immigration Court for two years. Stephanie is fluent in Spanish. She received her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, MS in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and BA from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
