Koley Jessen represented Kiewit Corporation, one of North America’s largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations, in the purchase of Weeks Marine, a leading business in marine construction, dredging, marine services, tunneling, and aggregates.

Weeks Marine and its subsidiaries, which include Healy Tibbitts Builders, Inc., McNally International, Inc., and North American Aggregates, will be independently branded subsidiaries of Kiewit.
